This veterinarian keeps a cross-eyed lion and a chimp as pets!
But the neighbors don’t mind, as he lives in Africa and cares for the animals there. Daktari (Swahili for "doctor") is Dr. Marsh Tracy (Marshall Thompson) who runs the Wameru Study Center for Animal Behavior in East Africa, taking care of elephants, snakes and every creature in between. He even helps out a few human beings along the way!
